A custom photograph session like you’ve never experienced before !

We can help you decide on what setting is best for your location & type of service you are interested in.
How do I get started ?
1. If you have questions or want to request a booking, fill out the detailed form at the bottom of this page. We can help answer all of your questions. If you are requesting a product price sheet, please do so in the message section below.
2. When you’re ready, we will give you our availability and you can pay your deposit to reserve your date. We will schedule a phone consultation to go over everything you’ll need. Note* (Typical booking is one month out from the time of request).
3. During your consultation, we will go over outfits, hair, make-up options, location, and anything else you need to know to prepare for your session. Professional hair & makeup is available as an add-on to any service.
4. Your photoshoot. This is when the magic happens. Michael will professionally pose, light, & photograph you. Approximately 2-3 weeks after your photoshoot and after retouching is done to the images, we will meet or send you the images to review.
5. The last part of the process is for you to review your photos and decide what you want to purchase. We offer beautiful fine-art prints, professional albums, and hand-made Italian leatherette storage boxes. We will call you when your order is ready.
How much does this cost ?
– Pricing for corporate and professional headshot services can be found on the Headshot Page.
– Our deposit for branding and portrait services is $300 and covers 1-3 people and $400 for 4-5 people. Please note* deposits are non-refundable. For groups of 6 or more, contact for pricing. The deposit is required to lock in your date. Our sitting fee covers all of the pre-design work, consultations, your physical photoshoot with Michael, and any use of wardrobes and props.
– Professional hair & make-up artists are available to you for any of our services at an additional cost. Please contact for current prices. Visit the Before & After Styling Page.
– For a full price sheet of all of our products, please request one using the form at the bottom of this page. We only offer professional print products including wall art, hand-made leatherette Italian boxes, and albums. Our prints are printed on professional archival photo paper built to last a hundred years plus. *See product examples below.
– You’ll be able to decide what you want to purchase after you see the images from your session. Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks for retouching. Our prints start at $150 and our top luxury package at $4000. We have a range of different packages and can help you find the best option for your budget. On average our clients typically spend around $2000 per portrait or family session. Regardless of your budget you can expect the same high quality and service.
*Please Note: If you are requesting your session at a specific location, there may be additional permit fees or costs associated within certain areas. These fess will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid before the day of your session
– We do not offer “digital only” packages for children, teen, and family portraits. We are a full service studio. You will however receive the matched digital file for each product photo purchased.
*Example: If you purchase a 20 print photo album, you also receive the matched 20 digital images.
Cancellation Notice
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, you must do so at least 2 weeks before your agreed upon session date to receive a credit. You may then reschedule your session date for up to 1 year from the original scheduled date.
*If notice to cancel is not made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled date or you do not reschedule your session date within 1 year of the original date, your deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of Michael Iorio Photography.
